Quality Process
FILTRATION METHODS
To provide quality product we follow double stage filtration, first stage by ceramic filter cloth & second by Foam Filters.
K‐MOULD TEST METHODS
- For check the Inclusion
- We take 5 Sample in every heat and break out it into 20
- pieces.
- If K Value is <= 0.10 then lot is ok otherwise not Ok.
- Ok and reject sample fig is given.
